North American Green's SC250 is a composite turf reinforcement mat. It is made with 70% straw and 30% coconut fiber. The mat is made to enhance initial mulching and erosion control performance. Unvegetated, it reduces soil loss under shear stress up to 3.0 psf and increases permanent vegetation performance up to 10 psf.

*Functional longevity depends on soil/climate conditions. The SC250 meets Type 5A, 5B and 5C spec requirements by the ECTC and the FHWA.
